Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using Tallyman (the "Service"), operated by FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.
1. General expectations
Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and in the spirit it was built for: running fair debate rounds. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you enter.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Upload or enter content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Enter personal information about other people — including debate participants — without the authority or consent required to do so.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, session, data, or system, or to bypass the invitation and permission controls that limit who can join or score a session.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks, including through excessive automated requests or denial-of-service activity.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
3. Account responsibility
Keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account, and do not let others use it to evade these rules. Notify us at info@tallyman.net of any unauthorized use.
4. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may remove content, limit or suspend your access, or terminate your account, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. We may also take these steps to protect the Service or its users.
5. Reporting
To report a violation or a security concern, email info@tallyman.net with enough detail for us to investigate.
