This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using Tallyman (the "Service"), operated by FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.

If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may remove content, limit or suspend your access, or terminate your account, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. We may also take these steps to protect the Service or its users.
